Tasting Notes and Scores

90 NM

The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Hameau de Blagny 1er Cru has a refined nose, though at the moment the wood is a little more vocal than other cuvées from Bachelet-Monnot. The palate is fresh on the entry with plenty of depth, though I find the wood impeding a little upon the terroir profile; I expect it to be assimilated by the end of its élevage. This deserves two or three years in bottle.
