The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Au-Dessus des Malconsorts 1er Cru has a perfumed bouquet with red cherries, redcurrant and candied orange peel aromas. Fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, quite structured and, to my mind, just missing a little finesse compared to Leroux's other Premier Crus.
