There is just about one barrel of the 2021 Vosne-Romanée Au Dessus de Malconsorts 1er Cru this year. This has a fragrant bouquet with plush red cherries and crushed strawberries, with a touch of orange blossom; the two-thirds whole bunches are seamlessly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with lithe tannins. It's velvety smooth with a very polished and seductive finish. Wonderful.
