The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin Cazetiers 1er Cru contains 80% stems, and they shade the fruit profile at the moment. The palate is well balanced and quite stemmy, a little "Dujac" in style. There is fine grip here, with just a slight attenuation on the finish.
