The 2019 Echézeaux Grand Cru comprises just one barrel and includes 25% whole bunch. It has a fragrant bouquet of mineral-rich dark berry fruit, wilted rose petals and crushed limestone. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannins. A supremely elegant Echézeaux with a beautifully poised finish. Superb.
