Tasting Notes and Scores
(from Les Vignes Blanches, at the top of Echézeaux): Bright medium red. Very closed nose hints at redcurrant, red licorice and iron. Similarly quite tight on the palate, with the red cherry and mineral flavors showing a dry edge today. This is hard to taste right now and may require even more patience than the Suchots.
