Tasting Notes and Scores
Good full red. Subdued but pure aromas of spicy red fruits, minerals and flowers. Firm, youthful and a bit ungiving, with good minerality but a hard edge to the fruit. Finishes with slightly dry tannins. (The village wine offered a sexy red berry perfume on the nose but was also a bit tough in the early going.)
