Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Baudes 1er Cru has an intense bouquet with black cherry and bilberry fruit, crushed limestone and light iris scents that is (again) extremely well-defined. The palate is very well balanced with almost saturated tannins, perhaps the creamiest texture amongst the Domaine’s Chambolles with a spicy and quite lingering finish. Pure class. Three and a half barrels this year.
