(40% vendange entier): Bright red. A sexy note of reduction to the wild aromas of redcurrant, rust and minerals. Intensely flavored and nicely perfumed in the mouth, with lovely floral lift to the strawberry fruit. A lovely aromatic midweight from whiter soil.

Tasted blind. Pale garnet. Mossy nose with some evolution. Rich and sweet on palate entry with a nice balance of acid and fruit but no great refinement. Edgy acidity. Still some dry tannins on the end. (JR)
