Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet La Trézin has a tightly wound bouquet of flinty, wet limestone scents, not as intense as some of the Premier Crus this vintage but impressive in terms of focus. The palate is well balanced with a generous opening. Quite a weighty Puligny, with touches of ginger infusing the subtle tropical notes, although it is missing a little nervosité on the finish.
