Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2020 Haut-Bergeron presents a very fragrant nose of pure dried honey, honeysuckle, white flowers and almond aromas that combine in seductive fashion. The palate is well balanced with a viscous opening, notes of candied orange peel and marmalade to the fore, and the acidity providing all the tension at the back end. Very promising.

Apricot, passionfruit and orange marmalade are some of the aromas and flavors that run through the 2020 Haut-Bergeron Blanc. Creamy and open-knit, this will drink well upon release. All the elements build nicely into the textured, inviting finish.

Lifted aromatics, tangerine, conference pear and grapefruit on the nose. Unctuous and ripe palate with stewed apples, caramel and orange rind. Good fruit intensity and a ripe style, just needs a touch more freshness. (AC)
