A Cabernet Franc with 15% Malbec, both from Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, 30% macerated with whole bunches. Intense purple in the glass. The nose suggests ripe plums, violets and a hint of flesh. The sugary palate, typical of the region, is generous with its expression and intense flavor, while the body and structure are good without being at all restrictive. Contained potency and flavor just about sums it up.
