Yamazaki Distillers Reserve is beautifully mild and fruity with fresh strawberry and cherry aromas and a palate of raspberry, white peach and a touch of coconut. There’s a hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak) on the nose too. The finish is sweet with vanilla and a dash of cinnamon.
